I chose the theme of community which essentially encompasses every staff and student member within the body of UNSW. The two concepts effectively correspond to this notion of community as they share a likeness in using opposites to create a defined form. Scapra uses large and small elements to do this, whilst Kundig cherish the nature and culture of a site to create something for the people around it.
